The Philadelphia Sixers took the Summer League Championship over the Memphis Grizzlies today of a final score of 91-75. This is a big accomplishment from last years rocky season. But, this is a refreshing start to hopefully becoming a great year for the 76ers.

Throughout all of the games that the 76ers played, all the focus was on Noel. But I think he didn't outshine like Casper Ware did. Again, he preformed like a true NBA star as he scores 19 points, with 5 boards, 7 assists, and a steal. He did cut down a bit on his turnovers this game, only allowing 3. I see big things from Ware if he can perform like he has throughout this whole Summer League. I wouldn't be surprised if he becomes a key player for this Sixers team this year.

One player that did have his A-game on today was Hollis Thompson. He had 21 points while grabbing 6 boards, 3 assists, 3 steals, and a block. He has been averaging about 8.7 rebounds a game which can be huge for the sixers throughout the season.

This is huge for Philadelphia and the fan with a spark of hope. This hopefully shows what is in store for the Sixers this season. Congrats to the 2014 76ers, Summer League Champs!
